Computed Tomography Certificate Program Tuition and Fee Schedule Academic year 2009-2010 -All Charges Are Subject To Change- Tuition $182 per credit *Tuition Deposit/ Background Check Due December 29th $100 + $65 = $165.00 Fees: *Application Fee Must accompany application for admission $40 *Physical Exam Review Fee Must accompany physical exam report $20 *Registration Fee $25 per semester Technology Fee For 3 credits $50 per semester For 4 or more credits $100 per semester Student Health Fee $40 per academic year Accident Insurance (Estimated) $70 per academic year *Books: (Estimated) $250 The list of required textbooks will be sent to the student upon acceptance. Books will be purchased individually by the student. Payment of Tuition and Fees: Full payment is due by the first day of the semester. A late payment fee of $20 will be charged for all bills not paid by the date indicated on the student’s bill. Sickness insurance is available for an additional cost and is purchased by the student directly from the College’s insurance provider. *Not Refundable
