Computed Tomography Application Procedure: Interested individuals must provide the following: Completed application for admission. $40 application fee – Made payable to CMMC. Official transcripts indicating successful completion of allied health education. Current students must provide current transcript with projected completion date. 1 letter of recommendation from the clinical education program director or clinical supervisor. 1 letter of recommendation from a physician with whom the applicant has worked, educator, or coworker. Essay describing background, interest, and aptitude for CT Scanning. Upon receiving the completed application, fee, essay, transcripts, and letters of recommendation, selected candidates will be contacted for a tour of the facility and interview. Admission Decisions will be based on: Demonstrated academic performance in allied health education. Demonstrated clinical performance in an allied health field. Demonstrated aptitude, motivation, and interest in pursuing a career in CT Scanning. Interpersonal communication skills.
