The primary mission of student services is to create an environment for students to grow and develop outside the classroom. Students are invited to participate in leadership and decision-making roles. Active participation as a class officer, as a member of the Communication Council, or membership on one of the Faculty Organization committees enables a student to learn to assume responsibility.
